Operational Owners are Litlyn Vistal and Nikolaos Spanoudis. The partnership came about through research in the internet about the opportunities and investments. The operational owners have totally different backgrounds, but have a common interest in providing the best possible service and dedicated goals for achievement of customer satisfaction. There is an owner present at all times, to which instant decisions can be made and support provided.
Litnik Communications Inc. is a hands on company. It is organized as an owner-managed Limited Liability Company, with two members with equal equity stakes in the company, thus immediate implementation of decisions without delay. An owner presence at all time giving support and on site leadership to the staff, cutting out wasted time and energy.
Being owner-managed means that we reduce overhead costs which in turn; we pass the savings to our clients, which mold us into one of the most competitive company in the market.
PRESIDENT
Nikolaos Spanoudis has a wide background in business to include restaurants, commercial real estate investment, land development, importation and luxury yachts. Living in the U.S.A. For 35 years and another 10 years in Europe, he has a vast knowledge of different markets and the ability to change and adjust quickly. Nikolaos has owned his own businesses with up to 45 employees and has been employed by Fortune 500 companies, so he understands both aspects of what a business owner must do to achieve results and being employed by a large company, understanding their systems and success. In Europe, he owned an import business which imported fine products from India, which was started from the beginning and later sold to a large retailer of clothing. He then pursued his passion of the sea and became a captain of luxury yachts, thus having the understanding of command, the responsibility with people’s lives and provided uncompromising service to the wealthiest clients around the world. With this experience in hand he pursues the economic growth that has been bestowed upon the Philippines to begin another successful business venture.
TREASURER
Litlyn Vistal has extensive experience with Computer and Communication Technology. Her foundation starts with a Bachelor of Computer Science and constantly upgrades her knowledge through research, seminars and networking with professionals in her field.
Litlyn at a young age was always ambitious and helped with her family business until she decided to pursue her own path in life. Her first employment was a quality assurance position, which gives her the basis for perfection in her work. Litlyn then decided to take a Technical Support position for VOIP and then working a home - based Sales Support, which allowed her for online research and telemarketing. Litlyn's passion is computer and communication, which makes her a great role model and teacher to others. Her patience in problem solving gets results quickly and her work ethics are immeasurable. Litlyn saw an opportunity to be an equal share partner in her own business and has not looked back, and she will continue her record of success by providing quality and service to her clients.
VICE-PRESIDENT
Ioannis Kallias has joined the Merchant Naval Academy of Hydra on the year 1990 until 1994 because of his dream to become a marine captain. His hard work and exceptional skills, gives him a better chance as an officer of the Warship Ernis on the year 1994 until 1996. As a result of his commitment to the Navy, he became the captain of M/Y Harna 11 on the year 1998. A year after, the captain of Bulk Carrier I.G Fasilis Captain. On the year 1999 until 2001, he had his own business and named it after his family name. Kallias Yacht Chandlery, a hardware store that sells different building materials. From year 2002 until present, he has been managing the Elies Estate. Now he is one of Mr. Nicholas Spanoudis' business partner in the company. He is indeed a very liberal investor and had seen great opportunity in the Philippine market. He is confident about the opportunity in the Philippines because of the quality of education and being reliable of the people. They are both motivated to put up a business here. According to the Americans, Philippines has a big possibility of economic growth. The affordable service but yet satisfying, inspires Nikolaos Spanoudis and Ioannis G. Kallias to take the opportunity in building their own business with the right people. They believe that they will be successful here in the Philippines; hence they will also help those jobless skilled Filipinos in their careers.
